Blandnings- och tillförselsystem för lapping slurry

——Magnetic type stirring. Often used for the mixing of low viscosity  slurries like diamond slurry, AL2O3 or colloidal silica polishing slurry in small containers less than 5L. The rotation speed of the rotor is adjustable.

——Propeller type mixing vane with adjustable rotation speed up to more than 1000rpm and adjustable mixing time. This is the most versatile mixing method, can be used to mixing all kind of slurry.  MS mixing method is especially suitable for the purpose of mixing the suspension type lapping slurry where there is special requirement with the mixing speed and mixing time.

The standard slurry tank volume are 1L, 3L,5L,10L,25L,100L and 180L, all our slurry tanks are made of corrosion resisting material and no contamination to  slurry. Special volume of slurry tank can also be made according to customers requirements.

-high flow rate peristaltic pump (200ml~6000ml/min); For the supplying of both suspension type and non-suspension type lapping/polishing slurry,  flow rate is adjustable. Recommend for the supplying  of suspension type slurry  onto 16B or larger double side lapping machines. When used for the supplying of non-suspension type lapping slurry, the pump shall work continuously at a high speed to make sure the abrasive won't settle hard inside the pipes.

-middle flow rate peristaltic pump (50ml~2000ml/min); For the supplying of both suspension type and non-suspension type lapping / polishing slurry, flow rate is adjustable. Recommend for the supplying  of suspension type slurry  onto 16B or larger double side lapping machines. When used for the supplying of non-suspension type lapping slurry, the pump shall work continuously at a high speed to make sure the abrasive won't settle hard inside the pipes.

-precise peristaltic pump (0.2~160ml/min);For the very precise supplying of suspension type lapping/polishing slurry, can work on a 4B or smaller double side lapping machine or a single side machine  with the plate diameter of less than 1000mm.

-Small flow rate peristaltic pump(10ml~100ml/min); Economic and easy for repairing or replacing. Recommended to use for the supplying of diamond slurry.

-Recirculation pump; For the supplying of non-suspension type and low viscosity lapping /polishing slurry, normally the slurry is flowing in a recirculation system.  When a non-suspension type slurry is used by one way pass, then a nozzle with reflux function shall be used.

S-High pressure air spraying; For the supplying of non-suspension and very low viscosity diamond slurry, for a groove plate, it is recommended to use spraying method to supply the diamond slurry.
